Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure it remains safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work assigned shifts with rotating days off across weekdays and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Physically able to detail vehicles and load/unload vehicles in indoor/outdoor conditions, including occasional extreme weather.
  • •Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours) and handle lifting/carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
  • •Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for Notary access and DMV/title/registration systems (and obtain specific licenses in certain states, as applicable).
