Key Responsibilities

•Lead the BIM process at organisational, programme, and project level across multiple project stages.
•Develop BIM requirements (OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, PIRs) and define client adoption strategy and strategic project setup.
•Create and implement BIM execution planning, including BIM implementation strategy and project setup.
•Manage BIM information management and supply chain management, including compliance checking, model validation, and data verification.
•Manage teams of BIM coordinators and lead model assurance activities, including chairing BIM workshops and presenting outcomes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years’ BIM management experience in architecture, engineering, and construction projects across the full project lifecycle.
•Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (Level C1 Advanced).

•Experience authoring BIM documentation such as Asset Information Requirements, Exchange Information Requirements, Project Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (where applicable).
•Advanced BIM authoring, validation, and coordination tool experience (e.g., Revit, AECOsim, Navisworks, Vectorworks, BIM Collab, Solibri Model Checker, IFC Checker).
