Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests and callers, supporting high guest satisfaction.
  • •Process reservations in the Property Management System, sending confirmations, regrets, and replies within 24 hours.
  • •Manage reservation workflows including cancellations, file reservations by date, and reconfirm arrivals at specified intervals.
  • •Monitor house position, allotments for Foreign Tour Operators and contract clauses, and help meet revenue budgets through selling and up-selling.
  • •Access GDS to retrieve reservations, send Preference Planner requests, update guest profiles, and ensure accurate record keeping.

Key Requirements

  • •At least A level.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in acknowledged/acclaimed resorts and hotels in room reservations.
  • •Speak English fluently.
  • •Know Fidelio or Opera.
  • •Be computer literate.
