Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety of Philips equipment.
•Perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault diagnosis, upgrades, repairs, and installations.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
•Respond to customer escalations and technical concerns with timely and effective resolution.
•Maintain accurate service documentation and submit service reports, worksheets, expense reports, and administrative documentation on time.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 4 years of experience supporting healthcare technologies in hospital or clinical environments.
•Experience supporting diagnostic imaging equipment, preferably Digital X-Ray (DXR) or Image-Guided Therapy (IGT).
•Strong customer-facing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
•Intermediate English skills to read and understand technical manuals and service documentation.
•Available to travel within Argentina and work an afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
