Job Summary

Support the TikTok LIVE Operations team in London by assisting creator and agency teams with day-to-day LIVE issues, operational processes, and trust & safety concerns. Help localize and develop creator education materials, support planning and execution of LIVE campaigns, and analyze operational challenges to improve efficiency. Contribute to short-term projects and help design communication strategies to engage the LIVE creator community.

•Assist in resolving day-to-day issues encountered by creators during the LIVE process, including operational hurdles and trust & safety concerns.
•Develop and localize educational materials so creators understand operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
•Support campaign operations by planning, localizing, executing, and summarizing results for future improvements.
•Collect and analyze operational challenges from Creator Managers’ daily workflows and organize feedback to identify efficiency improvements.
•Support short-term projects, including both in-person events and online initiatives, and help design communication strategies for LIVE creator engagement.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•Available for an internship for at least 4–6 months starting in June 2026.
•Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
•A proactive, hands-on, team-player mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
