Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, gas, acid, water, coolant systems, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
  • •Monitor equipment condition and troubleshoot malfunctions; repair issues and document cause of malfunction.
  • •Remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, and tools; fabricate repair parts as necessary.
  • •Maintain maintenance documentation and records (work orders, PM tasks, timecards, reports) and prepare maintenance reports based on trends.
  • •Perform installation, leveling/alignment/testing, provide troubleshooting for automation and instrumentation, and coordinate contractors through work permits while ensuring safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •7+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, or a two-year industrial maintenance degree with 2+ years experience.
  • •Equipment maintenance experience with technical understanding, attention to detail, and safety/power tools proficiency.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, charts, and sketches, with precision alignment experience (cutting, welding, brazing, heating, soldering preferred).
  • •Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems and preventive maintenance/condition monitoring, plus root-cause analysis and effective teamwork communication.
