Senior Design Project Manager (Architect/Interior Design)

Own end-to-end delivery of assigned real estate development projects across concept through handover, aligning scope, schedule, and budget to brand requirements. Coordinate cross-discipline delivery across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, while managing consultants and contractors. Govern delivery cadence, change and variation, and risks; run the RFI/submittal cycle; report project health; and mentor Project Managers to raise delivery discipline.
