Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end project delivery from Concept through Handover, owning scope, schedule, and budget baselines.
  • •Lead cross-discipline coordination across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, resolving interface issues before site.
  • •Establish and govern delivery cadence (programmes, milestones, gateway reviews) and enforce action-log discipline.
  • •Manage consultants and contractors against scope and contract obligations; review deliverables for brand and technical compliance.
  • •Govern change and variation, maintain risk register and mitigations, run the RFI/submittal cycle, report project health, and coordinate seamless handover with as-built/FM documentation; mentor Project Managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related built-environment discipline.
  • •10–15+ years of project management experience on mid- to large-scale real estate development projects.
  • •End-to-end delivery experience across ground-up, conversion, and fit-out project types (at least 5 projects).
  • •Strong cross-discipline coordination across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams.
