Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding customer service using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets.
  • •Address customer queries on products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
  • •Advise customers on product ranges suited to their needs and demonstrate product usage and benefits.
  • •Generate sales and track sell-out targets, incentives, daily sales reports, and post-launch sales at store level.
  • •Maintain counter cleanliness, handle new launches and promotions, and ensure merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and stock shortage reporting.
