Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning and installation, and software & hardware upgrades for medical imaging equipment.
  • •Deliver expert technical support and best-in-class service to minimize customer downtime and resolve technical issues.
  • •Actively participate in the sales process by supporting the full lifecycle of customer relationships from pre-sales through post-sales support.
  • •Lead and manage technical escalations through to resolution while keeping stakeholders updated per company process.
  • •Maintain a high level of product and technology knowledge through continual training and be available for reasonable additional/on-call hours as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Electronics, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience from engineering/service roles (e.g., Communications Electronics, RADAR, Instrumentation, or Avionics).
  • •Previous customer-facing service engineering experience, ideally in medical/biomedical, with hands-on experience in one or more modalities: DXR, IGT, MRI, CT, or Ultrasound.
  • •Strong IT skills and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • •Ideally hold a current Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • •Hold a full New Zealand driver’s licence and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
