Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of operational risk frameworks, controls, and policies.
  • •Conduct daily and long-term risk exposure analysis, including incident reporting and trend identification.
  • •Use internal tools and third-party platforms to generate reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
  • •Collaborate with business partners across multiple departments to identify and resolve risk issues.
  • •Prepare and present reports to Operational Risk Committees and senior executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5+ years in Risk & Credit, ideally within a financial institution.
  • •2–3 years of experience specifically in Operational or Enterprise Risk; Big 4 experience a plus.
  • •Series 7 license preferred.
  • •Excellent command of MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
