Key Responsibilities

  • •Support data preparation and validation for annual merit, performance, and bonus review cycles, including population files, timelines, and data-quality flags.
  • •Collaborate on modeling and scenario analysis (budget impact, distribution curves, outlier identification) and produce clean, auditable outputs.
  • •Build compensation metrics and summaries for board and executive reporting by pulling and cross-checking underlying data.
  • •Contribute to bonus plan design reviews by preparing slide decks, running employee data analyses, and refreshing payout range modeling.
  • •Assist with operational C&B tasks such as Workday data uploads, equity grant list preparation and validation, and patent premium tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards; C&B-specific experience is required.
  • •Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Statistics) preferred.
  • •Advanced Excel for pivot tables, scenario modeling, audit-proof workbooks, and large datasets.
  • •Hands-on benchmarking tools experience with Radford or Mercer Comptryx strongly preferred.
  • •Fluent English required; French strongly preferred; experience with Workday is a strong plus.
