Job Summary

Drive sales and deliver an authentic ALO experience by providing product education and guiding guests through the ALO brand mission. Build strong daily relationships with customers, ensure an engaging and easy shopping environment, and lead Flow initiatives to meet store goals. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, and maintain effective sales floor coverage. Also assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and daily operations across front and back of house.

•Achieve store sales goals by setting the ALO experience and brand mission standard and positively impacting the store environment.
•Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building daily client relationships.
•Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, strategize, and support action plans to address deficient areas and growth opportunities.
•Assist with processing shipment and maintaining product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17 - 19 hourly

•Preferred 1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.

•Ability to lift, push, carry, and move up to 50 pounds, and to stand and move for an entire shift.
