Senior Director, Service Supply Planning

Lead the global Service Operations S&OP process, integrating demand, materials, capacity, and repair lifecycles into actionable service commitments. Partner with Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Revenue Supply Planning, and cross-functional teams to align finished goods and aftermarket service requirements. Chair executive and cross-functional reviews, drive metrics for supply reliability and inventory performance, and build proactive supply risk frameworks. Architect and automate service supply planning infrastructure while optimizing spare parts inventory across the product lifecycle.
