Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the global Service Operations S&OP process by synchronizing repair lifecycles, failure rates, and customer requirements with supply and manufacturing strategies.
  • •Scale and develop the service planning team to support rapid growth and an evolving service model.
  • •Partner with Demand Planning, Sales Operations, and Revenue Supply Planning to balance long-term capacity with immediate service needs.
  • •Serve as a primary cross-functional bridge across Field Service, Logistics, Repair OPS, Business Operations, Finance, and external partners.
  • •Architect, automate, and continuously improve service supply planning infrastructure and spare parts inventory deployment across the product lifecycle.

Salary: USD 292,000 - 442,750 annually

  • •10+ years of management experience and 18+ years of global supply chain and service planning leadership in fast-moving, high-technology settings.
  • •Deep S&OP expertise including forecasting, capacity planning, supply allocation, and inventory optimization at scale.
  • •Experience leading advanced analytical and financial decision-making that ties supply chain performance to business impact.
  • •Strong cross-functional leadership across dispersed, multidisciplinary teams with a collaborative and accountable culture.
