Job Summary

Own the strategy and operating model that drives sustained enterprise AI adoption across WPP. Define and govern AI communities across business units and geographies, build and scale an AI champion network, and deliver executive AI enablement. Lead the engagement cadence through communications, campaigns, newsletters, showcases, and learning events, curating measurable success stories. Partner with Change Management, Communications, Enterprise AI, Microsoft, and stakeholders to embed AI into onboarding and everyday business processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement WPP’s enterprise AI community strategy, governance, and adoption ecosystem.
•Establish and govern AI communities across business units and geographies, tracking community performance, engagement, and health.
•Build, grow, and sustain a global AI champion network, including progression pathways and recognition programmes.
•Design and deliver executive AI enablement programmes, including senior leader coaching and role modelling of AI usage.
•Own enterprise AI engagement communications and cadence, delivering campaigns, newsletters, showcases, learning events, and success stories.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience leading enterprise-wide change, transformation and adoption programmes.
•Proven track record driving technology or digital adoption at scale.
•Experience establishing and scaling enterprise communities and ambassador/champion networks.
•Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.
•Experience building engagement, communications and enablement programmes.
