Own and run the company’s BEM (betriebliches Eingliederungsmanagement) process in line with legal requirements. Serve as a key advisor to employees and managers throughout BEM, including planning, moderating, and following up on BEM meetings. Develop individualized re-integration solutions, ensure legally compliant documentation, and coordinate related HR and health-management processes while advising leaders on personnel matters.
