Drive in-store sales by meeting agreed sales targets and ensuring strong product knowledge of offerings, features, and the Retail Management System (RMS). Understand customer needs and match the right products through effective communication, negotiation, and customer experience. Monitor stock levels and competitor pricing, support accurate processes, and handle cash collection and daily deposits while reporting daily stock to audit.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet agreed sales targets and deliver the shop’s offerings, prices, and products that match customer needs.
•Maintain sufficient knowledge of all products and their features, and operate through the Retail Management System (RMS) interface.
•Ensure product availability by reviewing stock levels, tracking daily stock levels, and reporting them to the audit team.
•Monitor prices and competitors’ offerings to support sales decisions.
•Collect cash from customers and send daily bank deposits by email to the Finance department; ensure office assistant processes are accurate.

Key Requirements

•Very good knowledge of different selling techniques and strong drive to achieve sales targets.
•Very good knowledge of all products’ features and awareness of relevant retail processes.
•Communication skills with a customer-oriented approach and ability to handle objections.
•Ability to learn, adapt, and solve problems while maintaining flexibility, reliability, and trustworthiness.
•University graduate (any discipline), with course experience in selling techniques, negotiation, customer interaction, and time management; good spoken and written English.
