Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Procurement Operations team, covering purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and waste reduction.
  • •Own the end-to-end procurement operations process to deliver ingredients and packaging On Time, In Full, and In Quality (OTIFQ).
  • •Drive inventory governance and operational efficiency while minimizing waste and stock risk.
  • •Champion the zero-waste strategy through continuous optimization of purchasing parameters, inventory controls, and forecasting inputs.
  • •Monitor procurement KPIs and purchasing data to resolve discrepancies, improve system accuracy, and support automation and standardization of processes through continuous improvement.
  • •Develop reporting and dashboards for procurement performance, inventory health, supplier performance, and key operational KPIs.

Key Requirements
