Key Responsibilities

  • •Project management of multidisciplinary teams including client management, contract management, planning, execution and financial management of dam engineering projects
  • •Provide senior technical support including seepage and slope stability analyses, filter and drain design, PFMs, risk assessments, site inspection, construction observation and regulatory compliance
  • •Perform quality reviews of deliverables including design calculations, engineering reports, construction drawings, and technical specifications
  • •Prepare engineering estimates for cost and project schedules and ensure quality control as Lead Verifier
  • •Mentor and develop junior staff and supervise/training in geotechnical analyses

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Geotechnical coursework plus 10 years of related experience or equivalent experience/education
  • •Licensed Professional Engineer in at least one state with reciprocity for additional states
  • •Experience with dams projects including rehabilitation and/or new design/construction
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review
