Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain agreed activity levels with the goal of continuously reducing WIP throughout the year.
  • •Process invoices and approve estimates within 5 working days of receipt/agreement.
  • •Issue interim fees during the claim lifecycle as highlighted centrally and complete site notes templates and documentation within set SLAs.
  • •Ensure data accuracy in Cq and maintain audit-standard files, including preparing/checking/approving client reports to agreed SLAs and formats.
  • •Proactively update customers and clients, identify potential fraud and recoveries for referral, and handle problems/complaints by following agreed procedures.
