Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and become certified in feed manufacturing department areas, including the Feed Mill Operator job responsibilities.
  • •Implement company systems for receiving, batching, and load out.
  • •Perform and master hourly jobs under supervision and become certified in each role.
  • •Develop rapport with personnel and management while building employee management skills.
  • •Maintain forklift/operating and environmental compliance, including reporting environmental issues and reviewing emergency notification procedures at the work site.

  • •Bachelor's degree in Feed Manufacturing, Nutritional Sciences, or related field, or currently enrolled student graduating by end of the current semester, required.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
