Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive CMA program referrals and schedule program enrollments in the Austin office and at clients’ residences.
  • •Secure and schedule interpreters for program enrollments.
  • •Complete CMA enrollments for new clients, explaining program services, rules, rights, and responsibilities, and provide brief client orientation on assistance payments and procedures.
  • •Enter and maintain client data in TXOR ClientTrack and internal tracking systems, request debit card assignments, and maintain detailed case notes and case files in line with grant requirements.
  • •Verify ongoing eligibility through monthly income verifications, employment compliance, SSI and TANF determinations, and EOIR checks; complete regular follow-ups and RMA applications using eRED.
