Join Canva’s Internal Coaching Team within People Experience to deliver coaching-led mindset and behaviour change. You’ll run structured 6-session 1:1 coaching journeys (fortnightly) and Breakthrough Sessions, typically covering ~60% of your week with coaching. You’ll also design and facilitate group and team coaching programs, and contribute by creating coaching resources, attending team meetings, and participating in working groups.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver structured 6-session 1:1 coaching journeys (fortnightly, one hour per session) over roughly three months.
•Facilitate breakthrough sessions (single 60-minute sessions) focused on specific decisions or pressure points.
•Coach a set of active coachees (typically 15 to 28) and dedicate around 60% of your week to 1:1 coaching.
•Design and deliver group coaching programs, including programs focused on self-confidence and resilience.
•Contribute by designing coaching experiences/resources, contributing specialist expertise, attending team meetings, and participating in working groups.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of dedicated professional 1:1 coaching experience where coaching is the primary role, not part of broader HR/L&D/people leadership.
•Experience coaching across different levels, not only senior leaders.
•Deep transformational coaching capability focused on root cause rather than surface behaviour.
•Formal, recognised coach-specific training and accreditation (e.g., Meta Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, Coach Masters Academy, Master Coaching Certification, or other recognised transformational methodology).
•Strong understanding of transformational coaching methodologies.
