Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the PECT procurement policy with major partners and internally for Rafale Export programs.
  • •Prepare RFPs and corresponding internal estimates, supporting Bid Management and commercial teams for offers and client negotiations.
  • •Negotiate with major partners pricing terms for contracts, orders, and potential amendments.
  • •Coordinate contractual setup and track contracts/avenants/orders throughout the export project lifecycle (development, production, support, offset) with Legal and program teams.
  • •Build and track purchase budget forecasts and cash-flow needs, coordinating with Program Managers and Contract Managers to ensure contractual execution coherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or business school education, with around 10 years of experience.
  • •Strong skills in negotiations and contract relationship management with partners/suppliers on major programs in complex international environments.
  • •Experience leading offers (bid) or project management is an appreciated advantage.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and active listening.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly (oral and written) with synthesis, responsiveness, leadership, autonomy, and strong planning/organization; knowledge of combat aircraft, electronic warfare and/or radar systems is a plus.
