Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, develop, source, and qualify OEM power supplies to meet product and market requirements as part of the project team.
  • •Spend time hands-on in the lab characterizing new power supplies.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
  • •Experience with regulatory processes for designing and certifying power supplies in commercial electronics.
  • •Strong knowledge of AC-DC and DC-DC design issues, system-level power distribution, and industry best practices.
  • •Experience sourcing power supplies from 100 Watts to 3000 Watts with both AC and DC input power.
  • •Experience designing large modular systems delivering total power up to ~30 kW, including familiarity with 54V to 12V IBC 1–3 kW converter bricks and PCB power distribution layouts.
