•Maintain planned profit margins and ensure projects are completed without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
•Lead and mentor project managers; identify risks and develop plans to mitigate or eliminate them.
•Direct staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims while overseeing multiple projects or a program of projects.
•Cultivate long-term client relationships through consistent, high-quality project outcomes and proactive account leadership.

•Professional certification (PG, PE, CHMM, PMP) or related credential preferred
