Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy to customer sites for engagements, execute the agreed scope of work per the SOW, and serve as the primary on-site technical representative.
  • •Operate Lumafield scanners and plan/run scans across a range of parts, materials, and inspection objectives.
  • •Perform Voyager analysis for defect detection, dimensional measurement, assembly verification, and workflows aligned to customer use cases.
  • •Support ML model implementation, including data collection, validation, and integration into the customer’s production workflow with Lumafield ML and product teams.
  • •Support customer training and adoption, partner with project managers on scope/timeline/deliverables, and document scans, analyses, deployments, and training for continuity after you leave.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in engineering.
  • •3+ years of professional experience in solution engineering, or in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering in a production environment.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, injection molding, additive manufacturing, stamping, or assembly.
  • •Experience with continuous improvement and process control methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or PFMEA and how they intersect with inspection and quality work.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead technical conversations, run trainings, and represent Lumafield independently on-site.
