Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the interface with suppliers for operational activities and assess suppliers during tendering to support selection decisions.
  • •Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts to deliver on-time, on-quality (and on-cost when applicable) performance and reporting.
  • •Manage supplier quality approval and ensure suppliers comply with required certifications in coordination with stakeholders.
  • •Monitor or support new product introduction, technical changes (ToW), and ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.
  • •Assess supplier capacity and performance, identify industrial risks, propose mitigation actions, and initiate supplier performance improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain, Quality, or industrial operations.
  • •Proven track record managing complex supplier relationships and delivery/quality management.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier interface and decision support.
  • •Problem-solving and resilience to identify root causes, develop solutions under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Negotiation-level English is required; fluency in French, and Spanish are an advantage.
