Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen to clients in-person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while building relationships to expand and retain clients.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and support lending and deposit product needs as appropriate (including consumer checking, small business, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs).
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions appropriately.
  • •Support branch operations by assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed and participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •1+ years of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales more important than financial services).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on Key digital platforms (required).
