Job Summary

Design, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot SaaS solutions across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. Partner with developers, product owners, engineering, and customers to deliver secure, highly available services with measurable business value. Lead end-to-end provisioning on AWS, Azure, GCP and VMware/Hyper-V, automate deployments with IaC, monitor and tune performance, and provide Tier-2/3 support while implementing security best practices and conducting technical knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate customer requirements into robust SaaS architectures across multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-prem.
•Produce high-level and detailed design documents including network diagrams and security control matrices.
•Lead end-to-end provisioning of SaaS workloads on AWS, Azure, GCP and on-prem VMware/Hyper-V environments.
•Automate deployment pipelines using IaC tools and manage monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
•Provide Tier-2/3 support, diagnose complex issues across networking/compute/storage/security, and maintain incident records in ServiceNow/Jira.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
•5+ years managing SaaS platforms across AWS, Azure, GCP and on-prem data centers.
•Proven network design experience including routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and SD-WAN.
•Strong security operations background including IAM, encryption, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
•Hands-on experience with containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC/automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
