Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical device characterization to determine electrical fail mechanisms and operate fault isolation equipment to narrow down failure defect locations.
  • •Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects and develop hypotheses for electrical or process fail mechanisms.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Global Quality (GQ) to address defectivity issues and resolve failures.
  • •Present comprehensive failure mechanisms weekly and develop new fault isolation and physical failure analysis techniques to improve performance.
  • •Lead and guide CE PYE technicians and coordinate maintenance to ensure high uptime of analysis tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or Material Science.
  • •Proven teamwork with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a drive to excel.
  • •Excellent communication skills to present complex information in large meetings.
  • •Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a significant advantage.
  • •Must be able to support shift rotation as required by operational needs.
