Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate tenders, including allocation to bid teams, schedule management, and on-time submissions focused on safety and quality.
  • •Manage tender queries/clarifications and ensure accurate, compliant responses within client deadlines.
  • •Provide commercial support during tendering, including rate development, commercial query responses, and best-practice sharing to improve competitiveness.
  • •Support bid governance and bid lessons learned by coordinating inputs and analyzing win/loss outcomes and trends.
  • •Support overall framework management: tender commitment reporting, budget/cost and performance reporting, supplier/client engagement, documentation updates, and onboarding/training for project teams.
