Key Responsibilities

•Build, launch, and optimise Shopify storefronts for artists, labels, and partners across territories.
•Own day-to-day operation of stores, including product uploads, pricing updates, inventory management, and ongoing optimisation.
•Act as a key operational contact for local and international stakeholders, working across labels, artist teams, merchandise companies, and platform partners.
•Assist in the delivery of album launches, pre-orders, bundles, and release activity across Shopify stores, working closely with artist, label, and merchandise company partners.
•Coordinate merchandise drops, limited editions, tour integrations, and post-tour stock updates in line with touring and release schedules.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an ecommerce or online retail role.
•Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores, including product uploads, pricing updates, and inventory management.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management across local and international teams.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common collaboration tools (Teams, Copilot) and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
