Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with service leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact for assigned chiller products/equipment, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using tools, following blueprints/engineering specifications, and using software to check chiller operation.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime/weekends as needed and respond to high-stress partner situations to eliminate downtime, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards, maintain accountability of company assets, and provide coaching/training to less experienced technicians as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •5+ years of HVAC experience with systems-level knowledge.
  • •Experience performing equipment start-up of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, including commissioning and post-start verification and repairs.
  • •Proficient use of software to connect and check chiller operation.
  • •EPA Certification required.
