Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ETO design work in 2D and 3D CAD and process orders from receipt to completion.
  • •Create Bills of Material (BOMs), drawings, and engineering change notices in accordance with customer requirements.
  • •Review orders for standard and non-standard technical requirements by assessing customer specifications, quotes, and purchase orders.
  • •Provide guidance to ETO Engineers, Application and Proposal Engineers, Marketing, Sales, shop floor personnel, and Purchasing.
  • •Create construction drawings from engineer sketches and references, support structural engineering decisions, and develop/update department processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •2+ years of work experience in mechanical design using Inventor or other 3D modeling software.
  • •Ability to create 2D and 3D CAD drawings, Bills of Materials, and Change Notices.
  • •Experience reviewing customer specifications, quotes, and purchase orders to meet technical requirements.
  • •Ability to understand and adhere to product engineering procedures, including part numbering and filing systems.
