Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a liaison among artist/tour representatives, venue management, and merchandise specialists.
  • •Oversee merchandise specialists to deliver an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for guests and fans.
  • •Develop the merchandise specialist schedule based on event projections.
  • •Oversee inventory count-in and count-out procedures and request additional stock as needed.
  • •Train, mentor, and motivate the team; ensure compliance with Live Nation policies and health/safety regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 22.5 hourly

  • •Must be available for the entire concert day, with shifts up to 15 hours (with breaks).
