Merchandise Supervisor (Huntington Bank Pavilion)

Lead the merchandise operations team for live events at Huntington Bank Pavilion. You will oversee merchandise specialists, handle inventory count-ins/count-outs, and ensure stands are clean and well-presented while supporting smooth guest purchasing. Serve as a liaison between artist/tour reps, venue management, and the merchandise team, train and mentor staff, maintain compliance with policies and health/safety regulations, and complete required pre- and post-show reporting.
