Key Responsibilities

  • •Leverage technical and industry expertise to onboard users and client data onto Addepar.
  • •Deliver high-value client outcomes and transition to a best-practice operating model.
  • •Proactively manage internal and external expectations throughout the project lifecycle, including scope changes.
  • •Own historical data conversions end-to-end using Addepar best-practice methodologies and ensure gold-standard responsibilities and documentation.
  • •Prioritise simultaneous projects, communicate project health to senior leadership, and drive process/tool improvements while owning delivery assurance for third-party engagements.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Professional experience in project management, financial services, or consulting; prior client-facing experience is a plus.
  • •Superior communication, organisational, and time-management skills for client-facing project work.
  • •Deep understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and different source systems (or strong willingness to learn).
  • •Process-oriented mindset with continuous improvement and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and in person.
