  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that change customer interactions with their money.
  • •Leverage a broad technology stack to uncover insights in large numeric and textual datasets.
  • •Build AI foundation models across development phases: design, training, evaluation, validation, and implementation.
  • •Conduct high-impact applied research and translate new AI developments into next-generation customer experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or a related field (or an M.S. with specified applied research experience).
  • •Hands-on experience developing AI foundation models and solutions using open-source tools and cloud computing platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of AI methodology foundations and experience building large deep learning models across modalities (language, images, events, graphs).
  • •Expertise in one or more areas such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, or RLHF.
  • •Track record of delivering models at scale (training data and inference volumes) and contributing library/platform/solution code to existing products.
