Own regulatory risk operations for Binance’s regulated derivatives business, analyzing regulatory technical standards and designing SOPs aligned to requirements. Provide objective reviews and independent assessments to identify systemic or thematic operational risks, monitor daily operations, and audit results for regulatory and compliance concerns. Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver regulator notifications and maintain accurate records, continuously improving operational processes and escalation to senior management.
