Support the proper installation, startup, commissioning, and ongoing success of Trane VRF and ductless products by partnering with contractor customers and internal teams. Own post-sales product success through monitoring, troubleshooting, customer concern resolution, and warranty process administration. Provide high-level technical and commercial product sales training, conduct field training, and coach area office sales personnel while traveling throughout the assigned territory.
