Key Responsibilities

•Control System Development: Plan, code, and deploy reliable control programs for industry-standard control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX, or Q-SYS).
•UI/UX Design: Design and customize intuitive graphical user interfaces for touch panels, iPads, and web control applications based on client requirements.
•System Commissioning: Perform in-house testing and on-site commissioning to troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune code alongside hardware deployments.
•Audio DSP Configuration: Configure, gain-stage, and calibrate advanced audio DSP files to ensure optimal acoustic performance, echo cancellation, and routing.
•Code Management & Quality Control: Maintain a disciplined Git repository and perform peer reviews to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional AV programming experience with a proven track record of programming mid-to-large-scale integration projects
•Experience with Crestron, Extron, AMX, or Q-SYS control systems
•Proficiency in UI/UX design for touch panels, iPads, and web control applications
•Strong programming skills in modern languages (JavaScript, Python, C#, or C++)
• CTS/ CTS-I certification preferred (AVIXA) or equivalent plus points
