Senior Manager - Production Planning (Vans Footwear)

Lead end-to-end seasonal and long-range production planning for VF Asia’s Vans Footwear across a multi-country vendor network, ensuring alignment between brand demand, sourcing strategies, vendor capacity, and execution excellence. Drive OTIF performance, risk mitigation, and integration of production planning with development, costing, and manufacturing timelines. Partner cross-functionally with sourcing, commercialization, and brand teams while building and coaching a high-performing production planning team across Vietnam and CMBD.
