  • •Lead and supervise a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics).

  • •Maintain and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and keep customers informed about new ways EquipmentShare can help.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced growing company and quickly learn EquipmentShare products and services.
  • •Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (must be at least 21 to operate the company vehicle).
