Job Summary

Deliver hands-on, on-site IT support to keep employees connected, productive, and secure. Respond to incidents, collaborate with server/network/security teams, support deployments, and onboard new staff while building strong relationships with office managers to address IT challenges and continuously improve service delivery.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to IT incidents and service requests at the primary office and during visits to regional offices.
•Collaborate with server, network, security, and other IT administrators to resolve complex incidents and maintain infrastructure.
•Identify, document, and help resolve recurring IT issues, recommending corrective actions.
•Lead IT onboarding and induction sessions for new employees, explaining systems and available support resources.
•Participate in office deployments, relocations, and renovations, and support VIP users when needed.

Key Requirements

•Degree or certificate in Computer Science or a related discipline.
•2–5 years of experience as a Level 2 IT Support Technician.
•Ability to work onsite in WSP's head office during weekdays (physical presence required).
•Bilingualism (English-French) is required for nationwide interactions.
•Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Help Desk Institute credentials.
