Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents.
  • •Respond to service requests by prioritizing work order response and closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs.
  • •Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
  • •Wear the company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty.
  • •Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and perform vehicle maintenance as required.
