Provide timely, efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver a quality client experience by engaging customers, uncovering needs, and performing complex and standardized transactions. Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking). Support sales through outbound calling and IRM activities, serving as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution while following controls and risk policies.
