Associate Recruiter

Own end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for roles across the Philippines talent market, from intake and sourcing through offers and pre-onboarding. Manage hiring stakeholders, drive hiring targets, and deliver consistent candidate and team updates. Use data to identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks, build talent pipelines through direct and partnership sourcing, and continuously improve recruiting processes. Support recruitment marketing collateral and maintain ATS/job documentation and reporting.
