Senior Director, Compliance

Build and mature GoFundMe’s second-line compliance function across FinCrime, Payments, and Content Moderation. Own the global AML/FinCrime strategy, transaction monitoring governance, and SAR/STR filing processes, including Canadian AML Compliance Officer (CAMLO) accountability. Lead risk assessment, examination readiness, and compliance training while partnering with Trust & Safety, Legal, Payments, Product, and Finance. Serve as the primary regulatory and law-enforcement point of contact.
