Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repairs of ventilation and climate-engineering systems.
  • •Independently diagnose and fix technical malfunctions and issues.
  • •Provide technical consulting and instruct customers on-site.
  • •Document completed work and create service reports.
  • •Collaborate closely with technical support teams in Kirchen (Sieg) and Jettingen-Scheppach; handle service and after-sales activities primarily in German-speaking regions.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training such as mechatronics, refrigeration/mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC installation, SHK systems installer, control engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
  • •Experience in customer service or field service is beneficial (career changers welcome).
  • •Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology (desired).
  • •Experience working with technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • •Strong problem-solving ability, technical understanding, customer-oriented communication, plus readiness for business travel and flexible working hours; PC skills, driver’s license, and good German proficiency.
