Serve as a Retail Personal Banker I in a Financial Center, using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify customer needs and build long-term relationships. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations and certification, process teller transactions, and support platform staff. Meet customer experience and production goals through cross-selling, appointment setting, outside activities, and referral partnerships across mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment offerings.

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business products/services and solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including presentations and financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and support the opening/closing of the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to represent the bank professionally and maintain a working knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
