Support training for lower-level technicians and may travel to customer sites for repairs, maintaining service vehicle standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
•Use technology (laptops and tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and diagnose issues.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
•Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; assist in training of lower-level technicians as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 - 42 hourly

•Must own tools applicable to position.
•Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.

•Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
